Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM)
Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
End-to-end Oracle Utilities WAM implementation experience (2–3 projects)
WAM modules: Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, Mobile WAM
Integration experience with CC&B, MWM, GIS, SCADA, ERP/EBS
Utility domain experience (Electricity, Gas, Water, or Wastewater)
Team leadership and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Utilities WAM implementation and support projects.
Design, configure, and optimize Oracle Utilities WAM solutions.
Manage integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support.
Lead client interactions, project delivery, and cross-functional teams.
Drive asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, and process improvements.

Challenges in Hiring

Extremely niche Oracle Utilities WAM skillset with a very limited talent pool.
Requirement for 12+ years of experience and 5+ years in Oracle Utilities WAM significantly narrows the search.
Finding candidates with 2–3 end-to-end WAM implementation projects is difficult.
OUAF experience is uncommon and mostly available with Oracle Utilities specialists.
