Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Crystal Reports and SAP Business Objects Developer with 8–10 years of experience in designing and delivering pixel-perfect reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality, visually accurate reports used to present player contract and related data for a professional sports league.

This position requires a strong eye for precision, deep technical knowledge of Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and SQL, and a proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports. The selected candidate will ensure that all reports adhere to data governance standards, maintain consistency across systems, and meet exacting visual and performance standards.

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and SAP Business Objects.
• Strong expertise in designing pixel-perfect reports with complex formatting and layouts.
• Solid understanding of SQL, stored procedures, and database design (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar).
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing report performance.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business users, analysts, and technical teams.
• Prior experience in sports, entertainment, or contract management systems is a plus.
