CRM Client Support Specialist

Job Description

ScrumAD Private Limited is hiring for CRM Client Support Specialist in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do

• Provide professional customer support via Email and Live Chat.
• Assist customers with CRM features and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide customers on Leads, Contacts, Contact Imports, Text Drips, Pipelines, Tags, and Notes.
• Help customers create, manage, and troubleshoot SMS/Text Drips and campaigns.
• Assist users in understanding and using the platform's built-in AI features.
• Maintain reports and documentation using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

What you need

• At least Bachelors Preferred Master's degree in computer science or other IT Related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, CRM, SaaS, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in Email Support and Live Chat Support.
• Know Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

• Job type: Full-time
• Pay: Rs 60,000 - Rs 100,000 a month
