Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
• Skilled in graphic design using

Canva

and/or

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

• Ability to create social media posts, carousels, stories, and marketing creatives independently
• Good copywriting skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Basic understanding of branding, typography, and design aesthetics
• Experience with content planning, scheduling, and community management
• Ability to analyze performance and optimize content
• Experience with Meta Ads and AI tools is a plus
• Based in Kolkata, Howrah, or nearby

• Manage social media accounts for multiple brands
• Plan and schedule content
• Design creatives for social media
• Write captions and manage community engagement
• Monitor trends and improve content performance
• Collaborate with the creative team to execute campaigns
