Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Namakkal. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets for brands, including logos, packaging, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and web-related graphics. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, developing design concepts that align with brand guidelines, and delivering high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready artwork within deadlines. The role also involves refining existing designs, maintaining visual consistency across platforms, and staying updated on design trends relevant to FMCG and consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Logo Design, with the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Design and creating digital assets optimized for websites, social media, and online campaigns.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is expected.
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, brand-focused design, and work across print and digital media is required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in FMCG or consumer brand design as an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
