Job Description & Responsibilities

Role Overview

You will be working as a Creative Designer, responsible for creating UI/UX designs, graphics, motion content, and visual assets to support product and marketing initiatives. This role requires hands-on involvement in building product interfaces, producing visual content, and working on video and podcast assets within a dynamic work environment. Collaboration with global teams and working during US business hours to support product and go-to-market efforts will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design UI/UX elements for web-based products, encompassing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos such as reels, explainers, and product demos.
  • Edit and package podcast content, including audio/video clips, thumbnails, and short-form distribution materials.
  • Generate UI animations and micro-interactions to enrich the product experience.
  • Ensure consistency across design systems, branding, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to execute ideas effectively.

Qualifications Required

  • 36 years of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, and motion/content creation.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work in product UI/UX, social/marketing creatives, and video/motion content.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ability to balance structured product work with fast-paced content creation.
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and storytelling abilities.
  • Comfortable working during night shifts/US hours and collaborating with global teams. Role Overview:
