As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Country Finance Manager to manage country-level financial operations, ensuring strong governance, compliance and effective business partnering to support profitable growth and operational excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 2010 - 2015

Extensive experience in finance & global manufacturing environments

Strong knowledge of Indian direct and Indirect taxation frameworks

Strong understanding of Treasury and working capital management

Attention to detail, teambuilder, positive interpersonal skills

Good understanding of Risk and compliance frameworks

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage country-level financial operations, ensuring strong governance, compliance with regulatory and Croda standards.

Manage banking relationships, oversee payments, and ensure effective cash flow management.

Monitor compliance with funding arrangements, including term loans and financial covenants.

Drive working capital optimization initiatives to enhance liquidity and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to UKCR requirements and Croda’s internal control frameworks.

Support internal, statutory, and tax audits with accurate documentation and coordination.

Establish and maintain a robust control environment to mitigate financial and operational risks.
