Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Corporate Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with companies, generate placement opportunities, and ensure successful campus recruitment for our students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, networking, and corporate outreach skills with a strong understanding of the IT hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers across IT and non-IT companies.
• Generate placement opportunities, internships, and live projects for students.
• Schedule campus drives, walk-in interviews, virtual hiring events, and recruitment campaigns.
• Identify new companies and continuously expand the employer network.
• Coordinate with trainers and Student Success team to ensure students are interview-ready.
• Maintain a database of corporate contacts, recruiters, and hiring partners.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters regarding interview status and hiring requirements.
• Negotiate hiring partnerships, MoUs, and long-term recruitment collaborations.
• Track placement targets, interview conversions, and hiring metrics.
• Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, corporate visits, and networking events.
• Collect employer feedback to improve student employability.
• Prepare placement reports and management dashboards.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, HR, or any relevant discipline.
• MBA preferred.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placement, Business Development, Recruitment, or Client Relationship Management.
• Existing network with HRs and recruiters will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the Education, EdTech, Training Institute, or IT Industry is preferred.
