Corporate Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Executive to identify business opportunities, analyze financial performance, and provide suitable financial solutions to corporate clients. The role involves financial analysis, client acquisition, relationship management, and coordination with financial institutions to arrange various corporate finance products.

Key Responsibilities

· Research and analyze companies using financial ratios, financial statements, and industry data to identify potential business opportunities.

· Identify and connect with CFOs, Finance Heads, and key decision-makers to offer corporate financial solutions.

· Assess client financial requirements and recommend appropriate products such as Trade Finance, Inter-Corporate Deposits (ICD), Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Loan Against Shares (LAS), and other funding solutions.

· Review financial reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements to identify financial risks and improvement opportunities.

· Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and business partners to arrange suitable funding and financial products for clients.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.

· Manage and monitor short-term credit instruments, including Promissory Notes and credit arrangements with 30/60/90-day tenures.

· Prepare client proposals, financial presentations, and business reports.

· Track market trends, industry developments, and financing opportunities to support business growth.

· Ensure timely execution of transactions and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

· Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial statement analysis.

· Knowledge of financial ratios, credit assessment, and business evaluation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

· Experience in Corporate Finance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Credit Analysis, or Business Development.

· Knowledge of debt syndication, working capital financing, and structured funding solutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
