Corporate Finance Analyst

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Corporate Finance Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include conducting detailed trend analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Role Focus - Lead reconciliations across GL, WIP, revenue, and cost structures

• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast) and highlight key drivers
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and discrepancies
• Support month-end close and financial reporting
• Partner with Operations, Finance leadership, and IT to improve data integrity
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Expertise in Financial Planning and creating robust Financial Models
• Experience with analyzing and preparing Financial Statements
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
