About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting sales operations and coordinating business activities for product lines including Heidolph, Radleys, Rotzmeier, and PolyScience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities for Heidolph, Radleys, Rotzmeier, and PolyScience product lines
  • Prepare and manage techno-commercial quotations and proposals
  • Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist the sales team in lead tracking, order processing, and customer relationship management
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with principals, internal departments, and service teams for timely execution of orders
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and business performance updates
  • Support tender submissions, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Assist in organizing customer meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
  • Ensure timely communication and high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer support, or related functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory and scientific instruments
  • Exposure to scientific, analytical, or laboratory equipment industries
  • Experience handling quotations, order processing, and customer coordination
  • Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
