We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, knows how to write content that people actually engage with, and enjoys experimenting with ideas until they find what works.

This isn't a traditional blog-writing role. You'll spend most of your time creating and publishing content on platforms like Reddit and Quora, researching trends, participating in conversations, and helping grow Secret Desires AI through authentic community engagement.

Your work will directly influence user acquisition, making this one of the highest-impact roles in the company.

The Role

You'll own organic content creation across Reddit, Quora, and similar community-driven platforms.

This isn't a copywriting position where you're handed topics every day. You'll research opportunities, identify conversations worth joining, write compelling content, measure performance, and continuously improve your approach.

You'll write every day, publish every day, analyze results every day, and learn what actually drives traffic.

What you'll own

• Creating high-quality posts and answers across Reddit, Quora, and other online communities.
• Researching trending discussions and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
• Writing content that educates, entertains, and naturally introduces our products.
• Maintaining multiple content calendars and publishing consistently.
• Experimenting with different writing styles, formats, and communities.
• Tracking engagement metrics and optimizing based on performance.
• Working closely with the marketing team to execute growth campaigns.
• Using AI tools to improve research, ideation, and writing efficiency while maintaining a human voice.

What Success looks like

• Publishing high-quality content consistently every week.
• Growing impressions, engagement, clicks, and conversions month over month.
• Building a portfolio of evergreen posts that continue driving traffic.
• Becoming an expert in Reddit, Quora, and online community marketing.

Hours and Communication

Your schedule is flexible, provided you're available during agreed collaboration hours with the marketing team.

This is a fully remote role, but we expect clear communication, responsiveness, and ownership of your work.

Plan for approximately 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

What you'll earn

We reward consistency and performance.

Base Salary: ₹35,000 per month.

Performance Bonus: Monthly bonuses are available based on content quality, consistency, engagement, traffic generated, and overall contribution to company growth.

As the company scales, high performers will have opportunities for salary reviews and expanded responsibilities.
