Content Writer and Social Media Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our digital marketing team as a Creative Social Media Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of engaging social media campaigns for our clients. You'll work closely with our team to develop content, manage communities, and analyze performance to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content (posts, stories, reels) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Scheduling & Posting: Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Community Management: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions), and prepare basic reports.
• Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
• Collaboration: Work with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective social media assets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-2 year of experience in social media marketing (internships or personal projects count!).
• Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
