Role Description The Content Strategist at Nextep Solution will be responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing content across web platforms and digital marketing channels. This full-time, on-site role in Dehradun includes creating content strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams, and managing content calendars. Day-to-day responsibilities involve researching audience needs, defining content themes, guiding content development, and ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. The role also includes optimizing web content for usability and SEO, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-informed recommendations to improve engagement and conversion. The Content Strategist will contribute to continuous improvement of content processes and documentation to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and create impactful digital experiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to organize, publish, and maintain content across platforms effectively.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused material.
• Relevant experience in B2B, IT, or digital products, with a solid understanding of websites, platforms, and online business models.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
