Role Description The Content Strategist Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and managing content strategies that support Nextep Solution’s business growth objectives and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include researching audience needs, defining content themes and formats, creating and optimizing web and marketing content, and maintaining a consistent tone and messaging across platforms. The Content Strategist Executive collaborates closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align content with campaigns, user journeys, and platform features, while monitoring performance metrics to refine strategies. The role also involves managing content calendars, overseeing content production workflows, and ensuring that all content adheres to quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development to plan and create impactful, goal-oriented content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Management to organize, publish, and maintain content across multiple channels and platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and user-focused copy for digital audiences.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, SaaS or business platforms, or B2B content is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dehradun.
• Excellent command of written English, attention to detail, and familiarity with SEO best practices are advantageous.
• 0-1 Years of experience in the same or related field.
