Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Content & Media Manager to oversee our content planning and media operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content strategy, project coordination, and working with creative teams to deliver engaging devotional content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Coordinate temple shoots, speaker recordings, interviews, and live events.
• Develop content ideas for YouTube, social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Create and refine Malayalam content using AI-assisted workflows.
• Review scripts, captions, titles, and published content for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage publishing schedules across digital platforms.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media.

Requirements

• Excellent Malayalam communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Understanding of digital content and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in spirituality, temple culture, and devotional content is preferred.
