Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Content Marketing Team Lead to lead our

content marketing function and drive organic growth through impactful content and SEO

initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content strategy, search

engine optimization, product communication, and team leadership, with the ability to

collaborate across multiple functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing & SEO strategies.
• Plan and manage the content calendar.
• Create and optimize blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and marketing content.
• Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis.
• Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams.
• Lead, mentor, and review the Content team.
• Track content performance using analytics and optimize campaigns.

• Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
