Content & Marketing Executive Full-time | Goa, Panjim | On-site

Namora is a growing D2C beauty brand. We are looking for a Content & Marketing Executive to lead content production and marketing execution across our channels. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility — you will work directly with the founder and be central to taking ideas from concept to execution across anything and everything marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original creative ideas and campaign concepts, and see them through to execution
• Drive the ad creative pipeline — produce a consistent weekly output of ad content (video and static) across platforms, developing new hooks, angles, and iterations of winning creatives
• Manage and execute the monthly content calendar across social media channels
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives)
• Design static creatives and graphics for ads, social media, and email (Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop)
• Manage day-to-day Meta Ads operations — creative uploads, monitoring, and performance reporting
• Execute email marketing campaigns and automation flows, including post-purchase retention journeys
• Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign tracking
• Handle community management and customer conversations across DMs and comments
• Plan and coordinate product shoots — styling, shot lists, and on-set execution
• Provide on-ground marketing support at offline brand events
• Contribute across all marketing functions as the brand grows — this role is not limited to a fixed checklist

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably with a D2C or beauty/lifestyle brand
• Demonstrated portfolio of short-form video content you have personally created, with proven organic or paid performance — ad creative experience is a strong advantage
• Working proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva required; Illustrator or Photoshop a strong plus)
• Hands-on proficiency with mobile-first video editing tools
• Experience planning or assisting on product/content shoots is a strong plus
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and email marketing platforms
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt to an established brand voice
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented — you follow through on your work without needing daily direction
• Comfortable in a fast-moving early-stage environment where you build, execute, and iterate hands-on
• Based in Goa, or willing to relocate.
