Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Write blogs, articles, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Develop customer success stories, case studies, win wires, and thought leadership content.
• Support Solution Play and campaign-based marketing initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other content-generation platforms to enhance productivity and content quality.
• Assist in creating basic visual content, presentations, and social media creatives using Canva.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business teams to gather information and develop compelling content.
• Ensure content consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Business, or related fields.
• Internship experience in content writing, digital marketing, or communications will be an added advantage.
