At Nella Marketing Agency, we're growing fast, and we're looking for a creative, driven, and content-obsessed Social Media Manager to join our team.

If you love creating content, understand digital culture, and enjoy building brands through social media, we'd love to meet you.

This isn't just about scheduling posts. You'll be managing multiple client brands, planning content strategies, coordinating shoots, and creating content that delivers real business results.

What you'll be doing

✅ Plan and execute monthly content calendars

✅ Create and manage Reels, posts, carousels, and stories

✅ Manage multiple Instagram and Facebook accounts

✅ Coordinate content shoots with creators and clients

✅ Stay ahead of social media trends and turn ideas into engaging content

✅ Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and videographers

✅ Coordinate with clients to understand their brand goals

✅ Monitor engagement and maintain each brand's unique voice

✅ Track performance and optimize content based on insights

What we're looking for

✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing

✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form content

✔️ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar)

✔️ Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously

✔️ Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills

✔️ Excellent communication and coordination abilities

✔️ Self-driven, organized, and takes ownership

✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

Bonus Points if you have

✨ Agency experience

✨ Experience handling multiple client accounts

✨ Comfortable coordinating and attending content shoots

✨ Confident appearing on camera when required
