Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and social media creatives.
• Shoot and edit engaging content for social media platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copy.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to execute campaigns.

Branding & Growth

• Build brand awareness and improve online presence.
• Generate creative campaign ideas for product launches, promotions, and events.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and audience engagement.
• Conduct competitor analysis and trend research.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, reels, graphics, and content projects.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, startups, or digital brands.
