Role Overview We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently create, shoot, edit, and manage engaging content across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, video production, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Shoot high-quality videos and product content using mobile and camera equipment.
• - Edit videos, reels, and short-form content for social media campaigns.
• - Create engaging content calendars and manage timely content posting.
• Monitor social media performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional and brand-building content.
• - Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries.

Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.

• Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• - Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• - Excellent creative storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• - Experience in lifestyle, consumer products, automotive, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
