Role Description The Social Media & Content Marketing Intern will own Blacklitt's social media presence end to end — from concept and copy to design and posting. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area (~30 hours/week), with flexibility for work-from-home.

You'll be responsible for

• Designing and writing social media posts, carousels, and reels that make investing concepts simple and visually engaging
• Planning and maintaining a content calendar across platforms
• Creating supporting content such as blog posts, website copy, and email campaigns
• Tracking engagement metrics and iterating on what's working
• Working directly with the founders to shape Blacklitt's brand voice and marketing strategy

Qualifications

• Strong social media content creation skills — you can write the copy and design the visual (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Excellent written communication; able to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging posts
• A good eye for design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency
• Comfort with content planning, scheduling tools, and basic analytics dashboards
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently
• Interest in finance or fintech is a plus, not a requirement — no prior finance background needed
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, design, communications, or a related field preferred
