Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding loan products. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and basic terms clearly. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products. Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and messages. Coordinate with the sales/loan processing team for customer applications. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets. Provide professional and courteous customer service.
