Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in India. The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers in person, understanding their needs, presenting product or service options, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role includes following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and updating sales reports regularly. The associate will collaborate with the sales team, support promotional activities, and ensure a professional and positive customer experience. The position offers commission-based earning opportunities tied directly to individual performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in customer-facing sales roles, with a focus on building relationships and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Solid organizational and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Burdwan, with reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and simple digital tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
• Motivated by commission-based compensation, with a goal-oriented and self-driven approach to work.
• Prior experience in retail or field sales is preferred but not required.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is an advantage.
