Role Description This is a contract, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Ranchi. The Commission Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, and explaining pricing and commercial terms. Day-to-day activities include visiting clients, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales targets, gathering market feedback, and supporting promotional activities in the assigned territory. The position is performance-driven, with earnings linked to sales results.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Basic understanding of chemical products or willingness to learn technical details relevant to the portfolio.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records.
• Proficiency with mobile and computer tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Prior experience in commission-based or field sales roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with on-site client visits in and around Ranchi and readiness to travel locally as needed.
