Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery across core Commercial Loan Operations

Loan Boarding & Booking

Collateral Management (UCC/Lien)

Loan Maintenance & Transaction Processing

Participations / Syndications

Payments, Payoffs & Account Servicing

Insurance / Covenant Monitoring

Manage workflow, queues, volumes, and overall throughput

Drive performance management, reporting, and operational governance

Act as primary interface for client stakeholders and manage escalations

Lead team of Analysts, Supervisors, and Quality personnel

Drive continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and process optimization

Ensure compliance with US banking regulations, data security, and control frameworks

Support capacity planning, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency

Must-Have Skills / Experience

10–15 years’ experience in US Commercial Banking / Loan Servicing Operations

Strong Exposure To

Loan lifecycle (boarding to servicing)

Collateral / lien management

Participations / syndications

Loan transactions and servicing workflows

Hands-on Experience With AFS Vision (highly Preferred)

Proven experience managing offshore teams (20+ FTE)

Strong client-facing experience with US stakeholders
