Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to work on design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving toolchain integration, CI/CD optimization, and infrastructure automation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable DevOps architecture aligned with business and technology goals. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and configuration management processes.

Experience in implementation Multistage pipelines as Code in Jenkins and GitLab platforms. Design and implement operationalization of infrastructure (provisioning, configuration, and patching) aligned with business and technology goals. Proven experience in collaborating with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud and operations teams to implement CI, CD and Continuous testing (CT).

Experience in container-based and serverless deployments to AWS including microservices. Expert in creating and implementing configurable pipelines incorporating Quality gates in CI, CD and CT. Capable of automation for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning. Support incident response and root cause analysis for major outages and service disruptions. Contribute to compliance and audit readiness of the DevOps processes.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. This is a hands-on role that requires 5-7 years of overall IT experience. Hands-on experience expertise in Infrastructure as Code, integrating tools and automation (Puppet, Jenkins, PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, RestAssured, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager).

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Helm, and container orchestration at scale. Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, security, and workload optimization. Proficiency in Terraform for multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning and state management.

Experience designing reusable Terraform modules and managing remote backends.

Expert

Groovy, YAML JSON; Deployments patterns Blue, Green and Canary. Work with Kibana NewRelic for monitoring, and log analysis. Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.

Experience implementing and delivering DevOps metrics including DORA. Deep expertise in cloud platforms- AWS. Proficient in at least one scripting language for building automation tools, APIs, or platform services (e.g., Ruby, Python, Bash, PowerShell). Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders. Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Continuous improvement mindset adding current capabilities to enhance DevSecOps maturity.

Experience implementing DevSecOps practices including container security scanning, policy-as-code (OPA/Sentinel), and identity access management. Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS is a plus. Hands-on experience with AWS Fargate, AWS CloudWatch and AWS Secrets Manager.

Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Experience infusing Gen AI in DevSecOps automation Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and defining SLIs/SLOs.
