We are seeking an experienced CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise CMDB architecture.
• Lead CMDB governance, data quality, and lifecycle management.
• Implement ServiceNow CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Configure Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CI relationships.
• Integrate CMDB with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
• Drive CMDB health initiatives, audits, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and ITSM teams.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and CMDB health reports.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance.
