- As a Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our cloud strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and security across our cloud infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role, with hands-on expertise in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and proficiency in cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Azure VMs, Google Compute Engine).
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including networking, security, and compliance.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect, are a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and architect cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
- Develop cloud migration strategies and roadmaps, assessing current infrastructure and recommending appropriate cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, establish governance policies, and drive cloud adoption initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on cloud technologies, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of cloud environments, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay current with emerging cloud trends, technologies, and innovations, and evaluate their potential impact on our cloud strategy.
