Cloud Engineer, Hybrid Cloud Delivery and Operations

Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Acts as Value Team Captain, coordinating delivery efforts across engineers, product owners, and architects. Leads the design and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects spanning AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. Establishes engineering standards and ensures compliance with cloud governance frameworks. Champions DevSecOps practices including CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and policy enforcement. Serves as a technical escalation point for critical incidents and delivery blockers. Leads knowledge-sharing sessions and contributes to internal enablement strategies. Partners with architects to shape technical roadmaps and long-term platform strategy. Requirements Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years in hybrid cloud, infrastructure engineering, or related disciplines. Strong leadership skills and prior experience guiding Agile or cross-functional teams. Expert-level experience with AWS and Azure architecture, automation, and security models. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with infrastructure as code process and tools. Cloud architecture certifications and multi-cloud implementation experience. Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments.
