Cloud and Observability Engineer (Remote Role, 6pm - 3am)

We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights, at an infinite scale, for less than half the cost.What you’ll doWork closely with customers and Coralogix TAMs to understand existing monitoring setups (Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, DataDog etc.) and recreate, improve, and automate alerts and dashboards in Coralogix.Key Responsibilities1. Observability ImplementationUnderstand customer use cases (alerts, dashboards, log parsing) from existing platformsRebuild and optimize them in CoralogixEnsure accuracy, consistency, and best practices2. Alert & Dashboard CreationDesign alerts and dashboards based on real-world use casesWork with metrics, logs, and queries (PromQL, Dataprime, Lucene)Improve monitoring quality and reduce noise3. Migration & Conversion {Key Deliverable}Migrate alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules from tools like Datadog, Splunk, etc.Translate queries and logic into Coralogix-compatible formats4. Automation (Key Focus Area)Build scripts/tools to automate alert and dashboard conversionStandardize and scale migration processesReduce manual effort through reusable frameworksLeverage GenAI (LLMs) to build intelligent tooling for conversion, validation, and documentation5. Data Exploration & Troubleshooting (Core Skill)Search and analyze logs, metrics, and traces across observability platformsIdentify patterns, validate implementations, and troubleshoot issues6.
