Cloud Analyst

Purpose

The Cloud Analyst supports Centrilogic’s hybrid cloud environments across Azure, VMware, AWS, and OCI, ensuring stable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain hybrid cloud environments including Azure, VMware vSphere/ESXi, AWS, and OCI.
• Install, configure, and update servers, applications, and storage.
• Perform system backups, restorations, patching, and optimization.
• Monitor environments using LogicMonitor, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, customers, and vendors.
• Maintain documentation using KCS methodology.
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Support DevOps workflows and IaC.
• Participate in change management and configuration updates.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience with Azure and VMware; exposure to AWS/OCI.
• Understanding of virtualization, storage, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with LogicMonitor and Dynatrace.
• Scripting capability (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with RMM tools such as NinjaOne RMM.

Experience & Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3 years cloud operations experience.
• Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), VMware VCP, AWS SysOps, CompTIA Cloud+.
