We need someone who can walk into a consultation and make a couple feel at home, then turn around and close a booking with confidence. The ideal person lives in both worlds without effort.

What you'll do

• Own the client journey — Be the primary point of contact from first enquiry to post-event follow-up. Manage timelines, expectations, and communication across every touchpoint.
• Convert enquiries into bookings — Lead consultations, present proposals, negotiate packages, and close contracts. Understand what the client wants before they've finished their sentence.
• Manage proposals and agreements — Prepare accurate quotes, coordinate with the design team on feasibility, and ensure all paperwork — contracts, invoices, briefs — is airtight and on time.
• Bridge clients and the creative team — Translate client vision into clear creative briefs. Maintain a feedback loop between what the client wants and what the design team is building.
• Track and grow the pipeline — Maintain a live enquiry tracker, follow up consistently, and identify opportunities for upselling or referrals within the existing client network.

What we're looking for

Background

• 2–4 years in client servicing, sales, or account management
• Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services preferred
• Exceptional spoken and written communication in Telugu and English
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling ability
• Organised, deadline-driven, detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Canva for client-facing documents
