🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Graduate / Postgraduate (any field) with 0–1 year of experience who has strong communication skills and basic technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be patient, solution-oriented, and capable of professionally handling Branch Partners (BPs) and team members while resolving digital and system-related issues.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Digital & Platform Support

-Manage and resolve issues related to Google Business Profile

-Handle social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook)

-Support branches with login, access, and account-related concerns

-Manage and troubleshoot MS Outlook email-related issues

🔹 Coordination & Communication

-Handle Branch Partners and team members patiently and professionally

-Provide clear, step-by-step guidance over calls

-Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions

-Ensure smooth day-to-day digital and system operations

🎓 Qualifications

-Graduate or Postgraduate (any field)

-0–1 year experience (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply)

-Basic understanding of social media platforms, Google Business Profile & MS Outlook
