Cleanup Accountant (Group)

We are looking for an accountant who can work with the Founder to

a) Fix backlog of reconcillations -> It is very messy and do it fast

b) Self-manage the accounting operations and be proactive in getting information

c) Take ownership of the function, and build momentum

d) Learn and adopt to Compliance Requirements and Drafting

e) Work under high-stress timelines, Setup Systems and then hire a bookkeeper to work with him/her

f) Be able to conduct advanced financial modelling

h) Manage Operational Visibility and be included in proactive systemisation

i) Clean up CoA and Presentation

j) Learn Cursor and work with us in software implementation across our organisations and tracking

This is a role where you are expected to be available and deliver fast, the time pressure will be real until you build systems around yourself, you will need to fix extremely messy books, and ensure it is all done in a high-speed high-time intensity.
