- LEGABYTE Innovations is an early-stage LegalTech startup with a mission to disrupt the legal services industry through cutting-edge technology. Our flagship product, MamlaKaro, is designed to provide accessible and efficient legal solutions. As we build a highly scalable MVP, we are seeking a dedicated and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is passionate about technology and fully aligned with our goal and vision.
- As the CTO, you will take full ownership of our technology development, driving innovation across the entire tech stack—from UI/UX to backend, frontend, DevOps, AI, and beyond. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class tech team, ensuring the successful delivery of our MVP, and positioning LEGABYTE Innovations as a leader in the LegalTech space.
- Experience: Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record across backend, frontend, DevOps, AI, and UI/UX design.
- Technology Stack: Expertise in FastAPI, Azure, CosmosDB, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, AI/ML models, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage tech teams, delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

Job Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy, encompassing backend, frontend, UI/UX, DevOps, AI, cybersecurity, and more.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with the design team to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Backend Development: Lead the design and implementation of a robust, scalable, and secure backend infrastructure using technologies like FastAPI, Azure, and CosmosDB.
- Frontend Development: Oversee the frontend development process, ensuring that applications are responsive, user-friendly, and integrated seamlessly with backend systems.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth, scalable, and continuous delivery.
- AI & Machine Learning: Drive the integration of AI and machine learning models, including GenAI and large language models (LLM), to enhance product features and user engagement.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard the platform and user data.
- Team Building & Management: Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Project Management: Ensure the tech team delivers on milestones within agile frameworks, coordinating closely with other departments to align technology with business goals.
