Job Description & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy, encompassing backend, frontend, UI/UX, DevOps, AI, cybersecurity, and more.
UI/UX Collaboration: Partner with the design team to create intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Backend Development: Lead the design and implementation of a robust, scalable, and secure backend infrastructure using technologies like FastAPI, Azure, and CosmosDB.
Frontend Development: Oversee the frontend development process, ensuring that applications are responsive, user-friendly, and integrated seamlessly with backend systems.
DevOps & CI/CD: Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth, scalable, and continuous delivery.
AI & Machine Learning: Drive the integration of AI and machine learning models, including GenAI and large language models (LLM), to enhance product features and user engagement.
Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain strong cybersecurity measures to safeguard the platform and user data.
Team Building & Management: Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary tech team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Project Management: Ensure the tech team delivers on milestones within agile frameworks, coordinating closely with other departments to align technology with business goals.
