Responsibilities / Requirements

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for managerial and critical positions, ensuring effective hiring practices and diversity goals.
• Implement structured onboarding and integration programs.
• Establish career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.

Performance Management

• Facilitate the Goal Setting, Mid-Year & annual appraisal process.
• Ensure fair and transparent performance evaluation
• Coach/Guide managers in performance review and feedback mechanisms.

Training & Capability Development

• Develop and implement training calendars focusing on technical skill enhancement, safety, and behavioral development.
• Monitor skill matrix and competency mapping linked to productivity outcomes.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR for leadership pipeline and internal trainer development.

Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with HODs to design and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent pipeline creation.
• Drive organizational development initiatives focusing on culture and capability enhancement.

Employee Engagement

• Design plant-level engagement programs to enhance morale and reduce attrition.
• Foster participative forums such as TEI, QC Suggestion & Kaizen Schemes.

Total Quality Management

• Manage TQM for the HR Department
• HRIS
