About Us

S. C. Bafna & Co. is a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm established in 1985, providing professional services in taxation, GST, audit, accounting, and business advisory. We are looking for a dedicated Chartered Accountant to strengthen our indirect tax practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end GST compliance for clients.
• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable GST returns.
• GST reconciliations including GSTR-2B, books and e-invoice reconciliation.
• Draft replies to GST notices, assessments and departmental queries.
• Represent clients before GST authorities whenever required.
• Provide GST advisory on business transactions and compliance matters.
• Assist in Income Tax compliances and tax planning.
• Support statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits.
• Review accounting records and ensure statutory compliance.
• Guide and supervise articles and junior staff.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure timely delivery of assignments.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 1–5 years of post-qualification experience (CA firm experience preferred).
• Strong practical knowledge of GST laws and procedures.
• Good understanding of Income Tax provisions.
• Experience in handling GST notices and assessments.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client assignments.
