Role Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead financial accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for our growing organization. You will manage month-end closures, oversee monthly reconciliations, and support strategic financial decision-making across our finance team.
Onsite, Hyderabad, Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end and year-end accounting closures prepare trial balances, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely financial statement preparation.Assist in GST and tax compliance Assist in filing GST returns, and ensure compliance for the groupOversee accounts payable and receivable manage vendor invoices, customer collections, and aging analysis.Reconcile bank accounts and internal ledgers identify discrepancies and resolve them promptlyPrepare financial reports and analysis create monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reports for senior management.Support internal and statutory audits maintain audit trails, prepare audit schedules, and liaise with auditors.Required Qualifications
Professional Certification CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) currently valid and registered with relevant council.Education BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) degree from a recognized university.Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, statutory compliance, or audit roles preferabaly with north american clients.Technical Skills Experience with Quickbooks ; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).Communication Fluent in English (written and verbal); ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.Compliance Knowledge Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, intercompany transactions, external and internal audits.Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in transportation would be an asset.Exposure to transfer pricing and Canadian tax regulations.Familiarity with Power BI or similar management reporting tools.Experience with QucikBooks, excel. Company Description
