Chartered Accountant/CA Drop out

Job description

We are looking for a motivated Chartered Accountant or CA Drop out to join our growing team. Who can manage finance, accounting, and compliance for our textile operations. Responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, GST/TDS compliance, and supporting audits. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, analyzing production costs, and providing insights to improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Income Tax, GST, and TDS returns
• Finalize books of accounts (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Handle GST, ROC, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and filings
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance-related queries
• Respond to Income Tax and GST notices and manage submissions
• Review team work and provide technical guidance when required
• Maintain clear and timely communication with clients

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: CA (Completed )
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in taxation, accounting, or compliance (post-articleship)
• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation, ROC, and TDS
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools (Zoho Books/QuickBooks preferred)
• Good communication skills in English – written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and client-focused
• Audit-only profiles may not be considered
