Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations ensure compliance and drive cost-efficiency across production cycles This role demands a deep understanding of industrial accounting taxation and financial strategy Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Prepare and present financial statements in compliance with IGAAP Monitor day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR payroll and inventory valuation Ensure timely month-end and year-end closures Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS and other statutory filings Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies Cost Management Accounting Analyze production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Implement standard costing and variance analysis Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with manufacturing KPIs Audit Internal Controls Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational risks Strengthen internal control systems across departments Ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation tracking Strategic Financial Planning Assist in CAPEX planning and ROI analysis for new projects Evaluate financial feasibility of expansion or automation initiatives Support decision-making with financial modeling and scenario analysis Qualifications Skills Chartered Accountant CA Cost Management Accountant CMA mandatory 4-6 years of relevant experience in Finance Cost Accounting preferably in Manufacturing Chemical Ethanol FMCG Automotive or similar sectors Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards Ind AS IFRS and compliance requirements Proficiency in ERP systems SAP Oracle Tally or similar Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Strong analytical problem-solving and business acumen Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
