Chartered Accountant

Shakthi NEET Academy is a leading residential coaching institute dedicated to preparing students for medical entrance examinations. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our finance team and oversee the academy’s financial operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
• Prepare student fee invoices, receipts, and other billing documents.
• Track student fee collections and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Process payroll, vendor payments, and reimbursements.
• Assist management with budgeting, financial planning, and cost analysis.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/TallyPrime.
• Experience in student invoice preparation and fee management is preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
