Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our growing CA firm. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Direct Tax, GST, Accounting, Audit, and Corporate Laws. The role offers excellent learning opportunities, client exposure, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Tax

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies, trusts, and LLPs.
• Tax planning and advisory.
• Handling income tax scrutiny, notices, appeals, and assessments.
• TDS compliance and advisory.

GST

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• GST advisory and compliance.
• Handling GST departmental notices, assessments, audits, and appeals.
• GST reconciliations and annual compliance.

Audit & Assurance

• Statutory Audit
• Tax Audit
• Internal Audit
• Bank Audit
• GST Audit (where applicable)
• Preparation of audit reports and financial statements.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Finalization of books of accounts.
• Preparation of Financial Statements as per Schedule III.
• MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Accounting supervision and review.

ROC & Corporate Compliance

• MCA/ROC filings.
• Company incorporation and LLP compliances.
• Drafting resolutions and compliance documentation.

Client Management

• Interacting with clients and understanding their business requirements.
• Providing practical tax and business advisory solutions.
• Coordinating with government departments whenever required.

Other Responsibilities

• Research on latest amendments in Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other laws.
• Preparation of technical opinions and reports.
• Training and guiding article assistants.
• Working on special assignments and consultancy projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Working knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Exposure to ERP software such as Odoo will be an added advantage.
• Ability to independently handle client assignments.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
