Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Review and evaluate internal control systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and corrective measures.
• Analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and operational data.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective risk management practices.
• Support management in developing and strengthening internal control frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 3–8 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Financial Audit.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Internal Controls, GST, TDS, and Corporate Compliance.
• Experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
