Position: Chartered Accountant (Healthcare, Education, Civil & Agri Sector)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage taxation, compliance, audit,

and financial reporting functions for Education and Healthcare operations, Civil & Agriculture.

The candidate will ensure statutory compliance, financial accuracy, and provide strategic

financial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Income Tax & Direct Taxation
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR).

Key knowledge of Income Tax Law

• Advisory as per Income Tax Act.
• TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, return filing, and reconciliation.
• ROC & Corporate Law Compliances
• Filing of annual returns and financial statements with MCA.

Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.

• Maintenance of statutory registers and records.

Handling changes in directors, share capital, and other ROC matters.

• Subsidy & Government Schemes

Identification and application for Government subsidies.

• Liaison with departments for approvals and documentation.

•Compliance under Startup India, MSME and other schemes.

• Startup & Regulatory Compliance
• Advisory on Startup registration and DPIIT recognition.

Structuring and advisory for funding, grants, and investor reporting.

• Accounting & Financial Reporting

Preparation of Financial Statements as per ICAI Accounting Standards.

MIS reporting.

• Ratio Analysis & Financial Analytics
• Financial statement analysis and ratio analytics.

Segment wise Cost analysis

Working capital analysis and cash flow projections.

Variance analysis and performance reporting.

• Audit Functions
• Support in Statutory Audit as per Standards on Auditing.
• Internal Audit planning and execution.
• Compliance audit for educational trusts, societies, and healthcare institutions.
• Coordination with external auditors and regulators.
• Indirect Tax & Other Compliances
• GST return filing and reconciliation (GSTR-1, 3B, 9).
• Handling GST notices and departmental queries.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Tax laws.
• Good understanding of Companies Act & Regular/Annual ROC compliance on MCA.
• Familiarity with Education Trust/Society and Hospital accounting.
• Analytical mindset with strong ratio analysis capability.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel/SAP.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle departmental proceedings.
• Educational Qualification
