Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Liaise with banks for funding, credit facilities, and working capital.
• Handle ROC filings, Board documentation, and corporate compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee treasury operations, vendor payments, and financial controls.
• Monitor mining-related statutory compliances, including Royalty, DMF, and NMET.

✨ Candidates with experience in the Mining Industry, Banking, or reputed organizations and strong expertise in SAP and financial compliance will be preferred.
