Job Title Chartered Accountant Manufacturing Unit Managerial Position Company Dozco India Pvt Ltd Visakhapatnam Location Visakhapatnam Experience Minimum 7 Years in Accounting Manufacturing Industry Qualification Chartered Accountant CA Gender Male Salary As per Industry Standards Job Summary Dozco India Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant CA for its manufacturing division located in Visakhapatnam The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial operations of the unit ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing strategic financial insights to management Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting and financial activities of the manufacturing unit Manage the preparation and finalization of financial statements MIS reports and audit schedules Ensure accurate and timely monthly quarterly and annual closing of books of accounts Monitor and control budgets expenses and cost allocation Ensure compliance with GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory regulations Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion Supervise and guide the accounting team for efficient day-to-day operations Handle financial planning variance analysis and cash flow management Maintain control over inventory valuation cost accounting and fixed asset management Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making Liaise with banks financial institutions and government authorities as needed Required Skills and Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant CA with a valid membership from ICAI Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance within a manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of Tally ERP SAP and MS Office applications In-depth understanding of accounting standards taxation laws and compliance procedures Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to lead a team and manage multiple responsibilities independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Attributes Leadership and team management abilities High integrity and ethical conduct Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive approach with a strategic mindset About the Company Dozco India Pvt Ltd is a reputed organization engaged in the distribution manufacturing and servicing of heavy equipment and spare parts across India With decades of experience in the construction and mining sectors Dozco is known for its commitment to quality operational excellence and innovation
