Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to support the organization in financial due diligence, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial operations.
  • The ideal candidate will assist the COO in financial decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS and GST.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, sound accounting knowledge, and a high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Due Diligence & Financial Analysis
  • Conduct financial due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
  • Review financial statements, records, and supporting documents.
  • Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Compliance & Taxation
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
  • Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Manage TDS calculations, returns, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Accounting & Financial Management
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Coordinating with accountant for maintaning journal entries, general ledger postings, and month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation schedules.
  • Prepare and analyze trial balances and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Make and Monitor cash flow, financial planning, and cost control measures.
  • Support internal and statutory audits.
  • Strategic Support to COO
  • Assist the COO in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and business projections.
  • Provide financial insights and risk assessments.
  • Support policy formulation and process improvements.
