Job Objective

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts Manager with 8+ years of CA post-qualification experience who can independently lead the entire Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in P&L management, financial reporting, audits, taxation, budgeting, compliance, costing, and business finance while acting as a strategic finance partner to the management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complete accounts for Wave Beverages.
• Prepare and finalize Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely month-end/year-end closing.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Manage inter-company coordination with Kandhari Global wherever required.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure proper financial controls and adherence to accounting standards.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.
